Being a Pulmonologist, what stood out to me here is that the branches of the tree here looked like bronchi (airways) and the leaves they ended in resembled the alveoli (air sacks). Together the scene reminded me of lungs. I guess you see what you want to in any scene, but I loved the bright white color of the branches here and how they contrasted with the fall colors in Patagonia.
